Medifeet 24 is an effective and user-friendly device designed to prevent heel pressure ulcers and pes equinus (foot drop) in bedridden patients. The system keeps the heels fully suspended, supports the legs in a natural position and ensures optimal air circulation around the feet. This prevents skin maceration and significantly reduces the risk of wounds.

Thanks to its modular design, Medifeet 24 can be used both in supine and side-lying positions, 24 hours a day. The system provides a natural extension of the feet and legs without elevating the knees. The integrated blanket support prevents pressure from bedding on the feet, further increasing comfort.

Medifeet 30 – Comfortable Support Cushion for Supine and Side-Lying Positions

Medifeet 30 is an exceptionally comfortable support cushion used to promote a stable and healthy posture in both supine and side-lying positions.

In a supine position, Medifeet 30 supports a correct semi-Fowler position, with the upper body slightly elevated to improve pressure distribution and breathing.

In a side-lying position, the cushion helps position the patient comfortably at approximately 30° by being placed behind the back. This reduces pressure on vulnerable areas and contributes to better repositioning, which is essential for pressure ulcer prevention.

Medifeet 30 can be used on its own, but is also an ideal addition to Medifeet 24 for optimal heel and foot protection.

Medifeet Multi

Medifeet Multi is a multifunctional support cushion that can be used:
