Since 2001, Fico Belgium has been developing and manufacturing technical textiles and medical devices that enhance comfort, safety and efficiency in healthcare. What began with a single positioning cushion has grown into a leading range of MDR-compliant products — all made in our own production facility in Belgium.

We combine craftsmanship with innovation and focus on sustainable, reusable solutions for hospitals, care homes and homecare providers.
